Goodnight..Vacation Layout

Having a child with ADHD is a real challenge especially if you are trying to cover 350 miles in one day. When sleep finally hits, it is nothing but a relief. This photo was taken on our return trip from Branson, Missouri.

Journaling: Picture Perfect: Mr. ADHD (Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder-think Energizer Bunny) is finally turned off.

Supplies:
Cardstock and Paper: Jillibean Soup
Title sticker: Jillbean Soup Macho Nacho Soup
Car sticker: Jolee's Boutique Road Trip
Glitter Tape: American Crafts (I added the white road marks with a Uniball White Gel Pen)
Jute: American Crafts
Adhesive: Micro Glue Dots

Tip:  A cheap way of getting buttons is to watch Ebay for estate lots of buttons. I bought a cookie tin full of antique buttons for less than $6.00 and that was including shipping.

Challenges:

Child Play Challenge: Layout based on book Goodnight Moon
Frosted Designs: Sketch  #46

Crafty Creations Challenges : Use Buttons

Have a restful evening!

  2. Thanks Tina, yes I am feeling a little better. I am still struggling at times, but trying to work with the arthritis and the Behcets instead of against it. Thanks for the prayers.

  3. Love your take on the sketch! I know how you feel, I have a two daughters that are ADHD. Vacations are so hard because they get so bored so quickly and the ride is the worst. :) However, one way or another we still make it. Thanks for joining us for our latest sketch challenge over at Frosted Designs.
