Lasting Memories Scavenger Hunt Birthday Hop

Hi everyone!! It is PARTY time at Lasting Memories today! We're celebrating Karen's special day with a "Scavenger Hunt Birthday Hop"! It's her 40th birthday tomorrow and what better way to celebrate than to have a hop in blogland! Before we get started, you better get yourself a pen and paper because you're going to need it! There are 10 blogs in the hop and each person has chosen an element to use on her layout. Your job is to find all 10 elements, write them down and choose FIVE to include in your layout!

Be sure to keep your eyes open because we have sponsors as well as DT members giving goodies away. You may have to do a little something more for the DT candy, so be sure to read every post! Sound like fun?? We think so!!! OK, let's get to it! You should have arrived here from Denise  and if you're just coming by, start at Lasting Memories because you don't want to miss a thing! You'll also find the master hop list there too. I also have it at the end of this post.

For my layout today, I chose diecuts for my element and I did TWO LAYOUTS. There are no photos because they are a gift.

Welcome to OWH's Memorial Day Weekend Blog Hop! If you are already hopping along, can you believe how much talent is out there? If you're just joining us, be sure to take some paper and pencil along on the hop to collect all of those wonderful ideas!

My thank you goes out to all of the men, women and families who have done a WONDERFUL job of sacrificing for our country to make sure we stay safe. My father was a Korean Vet and we had family at the Pentagon on 911.  We can never thank you enough!

And a special thank you to those who are protecting Indianapolis during the Indy 500. The boys and I have noticed that you are here!

The Challenge for this hop is to use an OWH sketch and make a thank you card. I chose sketch 53:
