Toddler at the Park Layout

Ok, so the photos are 20 years old. And the paper is probably 10, can we just say ABOUT TIME! LOL

Scott is 14 months in these pictures and in real life he is 23! LOL Better Late than never?
All of the papers and embellishments are retired, so I am not listing supplies since they don't exist. But I had fun doing the layout. What I wouldn't give for one for the adorable toddler hugs and kisses.  Now I am lucky if I get an occasional, "I Love You."

Journal: At 14 months you were adorable. You loved being in charge & would rather push the stroller than ride in it. You also loved the park & would slide  & swing for hours!

Challenges

Creative Knockout  Make it Masculine
Child's Play Challenge: Peter Pan I was inspired by the fact that Peter Pan never wanted to grow up and just wanted to play. Where better to play but at the park!
Hobbybook Designer Challenge: Summer Challenge

Hope you have time to spend in the park this weekend:)

Ride Again!

If you are looking for the Blast Off to Summer Blog Hop click here

Thanks for all of the wonderful comments from the Blog hop:) Your comments made my day!

I am a GM kid. I grew up knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt we only buy American made cars! LOL

Dad is retired from GM now, but he still takes the kids to the UAW Picnic. The grand kids are all in college or high school, but they still love to go. They love the games and the ability to ride the rides over and over again. And they love playing all of the games with the awesome prizes. One year I came home with so many preschool board games, I didn't have to buy any new toys for months!

Ride Again is in homage to the boys wonderful Aunt Sandy! Bless her heart. She was the only adult in the group that could handle the circle rides over and over again. I can't handle more than once in a circle. Well the boys discovered the cars. And Scott saw no reason to ever get out! And he knew how to use his long curly eyelashes to get the ride operator to see it his way! Poor Aunt Sandy! After 10 rides in a row Grandpa convinced him there was a football that needed to be won! Otherwise 16 years later we still may have been on that ride!

Balloons are stamped with Peachy Keen Simple Simon Face Assortment using Staz on Jet Black Ink. They are popped with EK Success foam tape.

Tag is inked with Colorbox CatEye Lime, France Meyer Roller Coaster Sticker Set and Making Memories Black Alphabet Stickers.

Check out Aunt Sandy's face. She still thinks I owe her 16 years later! That's what I call dedication to the nephews!
